CELERON PRODUCTS

Compound obtained by combining cotton fabrics impregnated with synthetic resins, laminated at high pressures and temperatures. Resulting in a product with excellent mechanical properties, low noise, low coefficient of friction (0.22), easy to machine, and can be supplied in various forms: sheets, rods, tubes, machined and molded parts. Its properties vary according to the types of fabric and resins used:

CELERON FC-300 (NEMA CLASS C)

Cotton fabric (medium-weave DIN HGW 2081 - 30 threads/cm2), durable material, lower cost, applied in less demanding situations for larger parts, machine shims, guides, pulleys, wheels, brackets, wear plates, spacers, gears (module above 5), etc.

CELERON FC-200 (NEMA CLASS C)

Cotton fabric (fine knit DIN HGW 2082 - 45 threads/cm2). With superior mechanical resistance to the previous type, it is recommended for making milled, turned, and planed parts, bushings, racks, gears (module 2 - 5), piston guides, and sealing rings.

CELERON FL-100 (NEMA CLASS L)

Cotton fabric (extra-fine DIN HGW 2083 knit - 60 threads/cm²), resulting in a product with special characteristics: better machining precision, lower shrinkage, better finish in smaller parts (mini-gears, vanes for vacuum pumps, pneumatic tools), and is recommended for the manufacture of combs for spinning, etc.

CELERON FCE-200 (NEMA CLASS CE)

Cotton fabric (fine mesh DIN HGW 2082 - 45 threads/cm2) impregnated with a special synthetic resin resulting in a product that, in addition to its high mechanical strength, has excellent properties as a medium voltage insulator. Known as celeron

Product developed as an alternative for mechanical applications, with great cost-benefit ratio.

CELERON FCG-300/FCG-200/FLG-100 (GRAPHITIZED)

Manufactured with the addition of graphite, they further reduce the coefficient of friction, ideal in situations of difficult access for lubrication.

Phenolic Paper PRODUCTS
Composite Phenolic Laminate obtained by combining special papers impregnated with synthetic resins, laminated at high pressures and temperatures. Resulting in a product with excellent electrical and mechanical properties, low specific weight, low cost, and it can be supplied in various forms. Its properties vary according to the types of papers and resins used:
Phenolic Paper- FX (NEMA CLASS X)
Product made of Phenolic resin modified with plasticizing agents, can be cold stamped up to 1.5mm thickness and when heated (oven at 80 degrees for an average of 20 minutes) it is possible to stamp up to 2.0mm. Generally used where electrical insulation properties are a secondary characteristic, its predominant color is dark brown.
Phenolic Paper - FXB
Low-voltage insulating laminate, mainly used as a drilling backing board for printed circuits, featuring good mechanical characteristics, higher hardness, and a distinct surface finish, brown color.
Phenolic Paper - FXP (NEMA CLASS XP)
Special laminate composed of modified resins with plasticizing agents giving it excellent quality in cold stamping up to 2.0 mm and heated (oven at 80 degrees average 20 minutes) up to 3.0 mm, features a lower hardness with some mechanical characteristics inferior to the line's laminates, brown color.
Phenolic Paper FXPC (NEMA CLASSES XPC)
Special laminate composed of special resins and modifying agents, resulting in an extremely versatile product, excellent resistance to high frequency (ELECTRONIC WELDING), temperature resistance (silk screen / serigraphy), low water absorption, good dielectric strength, dark brown color
Phenolic Paper - F-XXX (NEMA CLASS XXX)
Phenolic Laminate with high electromechanical characteristics. High-voltage insulator, excellent dimensional stability, easy to machine, low water absorption, stampable only when heated (oven at 80 degrees for an average of 20 minutes), orange color. Used in electrical panels (busbar supports), transformers and generators (shims and wedges, washers), commutators. Supplied in sheets, rods, machined parts, etc.

TVE G10 (NEMA G-10)
Product based on fiberglass and epoxy resin. It has high mechanical and electrical properties at room temperature. It is manufactured in the form of sheets, tubes, rods, molded parts, and general machined parts. They are used in electronic equipment, wedges for motors and generators, high-voltage equipment, transformers, fuse holders, etc. Capable of operating under higher voltage, temperature, and humidity conditions, it features low dielectric constant and dissipation factor values, resulting in excellent dimensional stability. Operating temperature: 130 °C - Class B.

TVE G11 (NEMA G-11)
This laminate is quite similar to TVE-G10, being mechanically superior when subjected to conditioning and high temperatures. Working temperature: 155 °C - class F.
